In general, our hiring process works like this:
- Application confirmation: Once we receive your application, you’ll get a confirmation by email.
- Application review: Our HR team carefully reviews your documents.
- Initial interview: If your profile is a fit, we’ll invite you to a first virtual introductory conversation.
- In-person interview: In the next round, we’ll meet with you in person at one of our locations.

Our benefits are part of daily life across all locations. We’ve found a healthy balance between office-based and remote work, and in Germany we have two offices where we regularly meet during the week. That helps us maintain personal connection while still working flexibly. (As of June 2025.)

Since 2022, our office in Hamburg’s HafenCity has complemented our headquarters in Güglingen. Located in the historic heart of the Hanseatic city—between the Speicherstadt, the Elbe River, and modern neighborhoods—our location offers an inspiring work environment with a maritime flair.

Kobe is considered a modern industrial hub and is centrally located within the Osaka–Kobe–Kyoto economic triangle. The city offers international companies ideal access to the Japanese market. Our Kobe office manages operations and maintenance activities for our solar parks in Japan’s Kansai region.

North Carolina
