Green Bond 2023/2028: The Green Bond Issued by hep solar projects GmbH

hep solar projects GmbH is part of the hep global group and specializes in the development and construction of photovoltaic systems within the organization. Through the issuance of the hep Green Bond 2023/2028, capital is raised and provided in the form of unsecured intercompany loans bearing market-standard interest rates to existing or future companies within the hep global group. Those loans are used exclusively to finance the group’s Services business segment, which includes the planning, development, and execution of solar projects. In this way, the Green Bond helps accelerate the delivery of new photovoltaic systems and supports the continued expansion of renewable energy.
