hep global GmbH was recently the target of a cyberattack. The attack was detected immediately. In accordance with standard procedures, the first step was to immediately take all potentially affected systems offline and isolate them. Thanks to further immediate measures and close cooperation with authorities and external IT security experts, hep was able to ensure business continuity.
hep Ensures Business Continuity Following a Cyberattack; Delay in the Release of the 2022 Annual Financial Statements
The investigation into the cyberattack is currently ongoing. It is already clear that the audited 2022 consolidated financial statements will not be published until after June 30, 2023. For this reason, in accordance with Section 7(b) of the terms and conditions of the 2021/2026 bond (ISIN: DE000A3H3JV5), the interest rate for the interest period from November 18, 2023, to May 17, 2024, will be temporarily increased by 1 percentage point from 6.5% p.a. to 7.5% p.a. hep will announce the publication date for the 2022 consolidated financial statements on the company website at www.hepsolar.com/green-bond in the financial calendar.
